Great bread pudding here @ Ms Clarity near Raffles Hotel

Why am i so full of resentment towards my life and job? I told Biddite I am going to Seattle (highest suicide rate) which is not much diff from here. I don't even know why i feel paranoia which Biddite thought was ungrounded. True enough, i really can't be bothered to make a change either; in fact I've never put my heart and soul into anything. Y Complain.

Oh so wrong my anger goes
Under the fog fog fog
And I believed them all
well I'm just a poor litle sucker
'Cause well I believed them all

Oh so wrong
Your growin' old
Under the gun gun gun
And I believed them all
Well I'm just one
Poor sucker
'Cause well I believed them all

Y-complain, Y-complain

I think I'll go San Francisco instead. Anyone knows which local music zine is keen to publish writeup of gigs in US?

Instruments, samples, and various electronic blips and bleeps. What makes them stick is the earnest down to earth delivery of a melancholy theme - Try "Snow on Dead Neighborhoods"

Thom Yorke's solo album is a personal and indulgent collection without failing to connect at a visceral plane. It's like the cerebrum of KIDA finding a body which makes it whole.

The Robot Ate Me contains a strange, surreal voice against catchy melody created by a cacophony of souinds. Nostalgic, dreamy, all out in the exosphere.

How About carrying this to make a headturning statement? HAHAHA
Check out new updates to my DESIGNFORLIFE blog.

Bought this online at ConversationPieces. I practically shop every week either online or in shops to feel alive. Realise I have so many shoes I don't wear.........how shall I get rid of them?

11/7 - Buwuzhengye suggested the opp of urban alien ie urban love. This is the movie link he sent me => First Love: The Litter on the Breeze (starring Eric, Kot, Takeshi kaneshiro; directed by Fruit Chan's alter ego, Ocean Chan; cine by Doyle; produced by Wong Kar Wai.) Anymore films to add on? As Isaac is busy with his date, we may not hear much from him but of cos, we definitely welcome his input.

10/7 - Would anyone like to contribute a theme for the next FARTED movie screening? I just ordered "Y Tu Mama Tambien" online. I suppose u are sick of urban alienation by now, maybe some escapist theme "RoadTrip Movies - Run from Nowhere[x 2]follows u"?

Day after WC finals, I step into school with the Karen O hairstyle and my students were shocked during assembly and they took a while to settle down. even the principal came and ask about me hair; said I look like a student now. Some kids call me "FishBall", even the attitude prob gal said my hair's great. Every corner I hit, I get comments showering from the kids. What next? When the shock factor wanes. I shall streak the 2 sides of the fringe pink!

My sis says I look like a strawberry now.
Biddy says I look like Karen O - that's a definite improved look.

The heat was sizzling my brain cells and I couldn't work. I went out to buy a Sony Ericsson W810 and a Lentil Pie @ Piper's Pie in 6th Avenue then got my roll of B&W film developed. The staff at piper's is made up of international students that look like they will spit into your food [or do the american pie] if you mess with them. Some asians, some australians. One called Kai Jun sounded like he's from PRC or Taiwan; he was shy and awkward but he had this sunny glow to his complexion that made his smile very sweet and cuddly [a la Tomek]. Maybe I'll try to voyeur him if he hangs on to that shit job for a while.
When I suffocated all the way through the heat to the pool in the evening time, I realised I didn't bring money. KNN CCB!!! Then I trudged like an idiot all the way home.

The copy of Pulp's His n Hers finally arrived from over the sea. Man, I love this more than the sexually frustrated campiness of "Different Class". The lyrics are more sincere and sad. Musically, it's definitely more experimental and creative.

The 2nd screening was held at Biddy's place last night [we ate her Italian flavoured cuisine, utlised her Hi-definition 40" flatscreen, terrorised her cat] with 4 turn-ups. Attendance is "encouraging", with newcomer Isaac splashing some vodka in our ribena and George contributing his Kieslowski's movie on voyeurish obssession in a highrise urban setting.

Somewhat, I find that the anonymous spaces in the sky constructed by high density housings packed like sardines in a plot of land results in our bodies losing their privacy. People trapped in cages in the air gradually lose the ability to make connections on ground. Reminds me Portishead's dummy album promotion art installtion, with a dummy sitting in front of a TV in the showcase. Instead, the character watches reality TV featuring his neighbour and becomes obssessed with her as this was all he could do in the claustraphobic cell of a panopticon-like, highrise public housing.
