As I was alighting from the bus, someone addressed me from behind. It was somebody farmiliar but as usual, seeing some hundreds kids a day, I can't rem them all. When I step into class today, I realise he is a student from the class I can't stand most. It touched me for a minute that he bothered to greet. He talks and walks eccentric but a nice fellow. Only eccentrics would be nice to ppl I guess. The rest are too busy being normal. I've been taking cabs almost everyday and I enjoyed it. Yeah, I'm getting paid and I'm bragging about it. Talking to the taxi drivers is probably worth every penny of my bloodearned pay. The more interesting conversation today happened during my way back to the condo. The driver got interested when he knew where I was heading for and asked for the condo's name.
"Oh, are the sharks still there?" What sharks? Gosh, I've always taught those are merely big fishes!!
"Erhhhh, you mean the baby sharks?" He's probably mistaken.
"What baby? They must be grown up by now!" He filled me in, "I use to be a housing agent 4 yrs ago. Last time, a young boy tried to climb into the tank and the security guards screamed and panicked."
Wow, I can't believe this place use to be a Jaws themepark! The only condo in Singapore with shark menace. It's unbelieveable what those capitalists do to sell themselves.
The most valuable info from this guy who nearly got me killed by swerving in front of a bus was this Indian coffeeshop not far from the condo which opens till late. The sucky part is that he had to add, "Do you see any tiny bugs on your walls. Be careful, they suck blood when you sleep at night. It only happens in condo."
Wat next? Killer Sharks, blood leeching bugs....... As if there were not enough predators in the office, now there are more at home. It's hard to survive isnt it.
"Try to use the 3-in-1 anti-bacterial paint for your walls. It works very well."
